Full priced items can be returned for a refund if faulty.
If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased can be returned for an exchange (for that of equal or lesser value) or alternatively an online credit.
The item must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Email email@example.com to receive approval of your return. Please include the following information on your email.
- Full Name
- What item is being returned
- Reason for return
- Item to be refunded / returned / online store credit
Once approved you will be provided with an address for your item to be returned to. Please include original invoice so we can identify your order.
Itami is not liable for any loss of garments being sent back. We insist any returns to be with registered and trackable postage services. Returned items must be sent via prepaid postage. Upon return, please ensure you have read and understood our returns policy.
